Custom Products: All our DTF transfers are custom printed based on your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and printed.

Contact Us: If you are not satisfied with your order or if there is an issue with the product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order on our Contact Page. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Resolution Process: Our team will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer a reprint of the order at no additional cost, provide a partial refund, or offer store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately on our Contact Page. Provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a reprint or other appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

Exceptions: Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

  • Errors in the artwork provided by the customer.
  • Minor color variations due to the nature of the printing process.
  • Issues arising from improper application or use of the transfers.
